- Expanded the Cloud services and Data backups chapters with added mention of Proton Drive and Apple’s Advanced Data Protection feature.
- Expanded the Web browser chapter with added mention of Mullvad Browser, Firefox Focus, as well as some of Brave’s technical and ethical shortcomings.
- Added mention of Firefox Translations to the Web and app tracking chapter.
- Put less emphasis on the recommendation for KeePassXC and the related mobile apps (Strongbox and KeePassDX) on the Password management chapter.
- Removed links to Martin Shelton’s Getting started guides for 1Password, Bitwarden and KeePassXC from the Password management chapter, as they had not been updated since 2021.
- Removed mention of Threema from the Secure communication chapter.
- Removed mention of the Ghostery and DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials browser extensions from the Web and app tracking chapter.
- Removed link to the Twitter Onionsite from the Tor chapter, as it has been offline for a few weeks now.

As part of the periodical review of Precisely Private I’ve updated and improved how items are organized throughout the page as well as added and removed tools and resources as summarized below.
- Added new Mullvad Browser and Firefox Focus paragraphs to the Web browsing section.
- Added a new Proton Drive paragraph to the Cloud storage, data encryption and backups section.
- Added a new Firefox Translations paragraph to the Translators section.
- Added mention of Signal’s Private stories and Screen sharing features to the Signal paragraph.
- Added link to the CryptPad Public Roadmap to the CrytpPad paragraph.
- Added links to the OsmAnd Docs and Blog the OsmAnd paragraph.
- Added a few related links to the Sync paragraph.
- Corrected the name of the person behind the Image Scrubber tool mentioned in the Identity and internet traffic protection section. My bad for taking so long to notice the mistake.
